Import Bank Statements

You no longer have to type up your transactions as your bank statement will be downloaded from the internet and imported into EconoAccounting. All banks internet sites are supported: Standard Bank, FNB, Nedbank, Mercantile Lisbon, Import from Excel.

This important feature saves hours each month in typing up transactions - cheques/deposits and journals. Moreover there will be no typing errors, and your bank will reconcile every time!

Auto-Allocate Transactions

This unique feature uses thedescription from your bank statements to allocate or post transactions into the correct account automatically. You "train" the system once to recognise important words in the bank statement, and the system does the rest. It even calculates VAT!

Up to 85% of all transactions can be auto-allocated, saving you up to 85% of your time.

Complete Accounts

Once all transactions are imported and allocated, your accounts are done1 With one mouse click you can produce a trial balance, general ledger, income statement, balance sheet and VAT report.

All reports can be previewed, printed or exported.
