The specific problem is that Internet Explorer is set up not to open any popup windows (like advertising). Unfortunately, it sees the Standard Bank download screen as being a popup screen and disables it.

We are looking for a permanent solution, but apparently it is possible to override this by right-clicking on the CSV download link, and opening the download in another Window. More information will be provided as soon as it becomes available. In the meantime you may wish to use Mozilla Firefox, in our opinion a far better internet browser.
