Question: Before downloading, are there any check points we can go through to make sure we have done everything correctly. Answer: Yes, there are 4 check points. Each of these must be correct. In Chart of Accounts - The bank account number must exactly match the number as seen on the Internet. The type of Account chosen must be correct. On the Bank's Website - Download format chosen must be correct. This must be saved to the correct place. (The message that appeared in EconoAccounting once the BankAccount Cashbook folder had been created.) Do NOT open the download before importing it into the Cashbook. |
