Allow me to give you a bit of history.
I have been in my own business, in the IT industry for 22 years. The first business was a computer training business - we trained our clients on Lotus 123 and dBASE III (remember them?). The only problem we ever had was to do our accounts. Over time I purchased every available package and roughly speaking managed to use them all.

However my accounts were never really up to date! My bank account never balanced to the last cent. Debtors were usually correct because of the amount of time we spent on it, but I was never able to produce an accurate balance sheet and income statement on demand. I always had problems analysing my expenses. When VAT was instituted it became even worse.

I was fortunate - my business was taken over by one of the big IT companies so we then had a financial manager doing our books. When I left the IT company after working through my warranties, I decided that there must be a better way - and there is. It is called EconoAccounting. See "The secret to its success."

Fast forward to December 2004. I am now doing my accounts in less than 2 minutes per day. I know we say that EconoAccounting is a 5 minute per day system, but would you really believe me if I said only 2 minutes?
