Question: Importing Investec Bank data. Answer: Investec needs to be set up correctly in Chart of Accounts. From the website, you will select your account and Statement enquiry. Choose the period you want. The data will appear on the screen. Choose to Download. When the usual Windows SAVE FILE dialog box appears, make sure you are saving your data to the correct path - the one that EconoAccounting told you when you created the Investec Bank account in the chart of accounts. Before saving, you need to type in .csv after the file name and you need to select All Files in Type of File. Go to the Cashbook and Click on Import Bank Statements. |
