Question:

I keep getting the error Invalid Password and I cannot login.

Answer:

The passwords are created within the system. If you are using the system for the first time, no password has yet been created. You cannot use these options yet.
When using the system for the first time, Generate a New Company first, then go to Choose a Company. Highlight the company name and login.
You can then go to File/Set Defaults/Passwords or File/Security to set up your passwords.
If you forget your password, you will have to contact us to help you reset your password.
Do note there are two layers fo passwords in EconoAccounting:
1) A Global password. This password applies to all companies.
2) A username and password. This is setup via File Security. Each username and password can be assigned a password level that allows them certain access to the system.
NB. Read the Manual before you set up passwords.
