How do I email an invoice?

This requires some knowledge of Windows. The best way to email an invoice is to convert it to PDF (Acrobat format) first. We have supplied a useful utility called CutePDF on the CD. This is a free package, but supported by CutePDF themselves, not us. Usually though you will have no problem in using it. Firstly, install the package according to their instructions. It gets installed as a printer driver - ie. you can print directly to the PDF. Anything you want to print can therefore be printed to a PDF. Once you have made the PDF, you can attach it to any email you want to send.
