Question:

I have loaded the trial CD onto my PC. My problem is this: I am unable to see the whole screen.
Eg. I want to load the new bank account in the Chart of Accounts. I can only see the list of existing ledgers and the space where you type in the the new name. I can then see that there is more options after that, but the screen won't move down. This happens in all the screens (Debtors, Creditors etc.)

Answer:

Our software requires a minimum screen resolution of 800 x 600. Any less and the whole screen will not be visible. Ideally the software requires 1024 x 768.
